General description of the residence
ATTENTION SUMMER 2026: WORK ON THE SQUARE - RISKS OF NOISE AND DUST
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This duplex apartment of 37 m² is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) and is equipped for 6 people. It includes:
Upstairs
- a loft bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm)
- a mezzanine with bunk beds (80cm)
- a shower with toilet included
On the ground floor
- a divisible living room with 1 single bed + 1 trundle bed, 1 TV
- a kitchenette composed of 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 4 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set, fondue set
- a shower
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of the surrounding fir trees is south-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional fee of €40)
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with blankets.
THE RESIDENCE:
Large residence clad in wood and stone. It connects with the residences Les Pentes and La Traverse and is ideally located in the resort centre. Underground parking under the residence, to be booked through our agency.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and the ESF. Numerous events take place on the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered parking spaces, to be booked through our agency.
SERVICES AT AN ADDITIONAL COST AND NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, lift passes...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
