This divisible studio with a mobile partition of 26 m² is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with a night area with 1 convertible sofa and a dining area with 1 single bed with 1 pull-out bed, 1 TV
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 combined oven, 1 dishwasher, 3 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- a bathroom, 1 washing machine
- a separate toilet

The balcony with a view of the surrounding fir trees is south-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.

The apartment is equipped with duvets.

THE RESIDENCE:
Large residence clad in wood and stone. It connects with the residences Les Pentes and La Traverse and is ideally located in the resort centre. Underground parking under the residence, to be booked with our agency.

THE AREA:
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous activities take place in the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in the covered garages, to be booked through us.
