General description of the residence
ATTENTION SUMMER 2026: WORK ON THE SQUARE - RISKS OF NOISE AND DUST
ACCOMMODATION:
This studio divisible by mobile partition of 26 m², is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with a sleeping area 1 convertible sofa and a dining area 1 single bed with 1 pull-out bed, 1 TV
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 combined oven, 1 dishwasher, 3 vitroceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- a bathroom, 1 washing machine
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of the surrounding fir trees is south-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets accepted (with an additional fee of 40€)
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
Large residence dressed in wood and stone cladding. It connects with the residences Les Pentes and La Traverse and is ideally located in the town centre.
Underground parking under the residence, to be reserved through our agency.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous activities take place on the square of Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered car parks, to be reserved through our intermediary.
SERVICES at ADDITIONAL CHARGE and NOT INCLUDED (to be reserved in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
