General description of the residence
WARNING SUMMER 2026: WORK ON THE SQUARE - RISK OF NOISE AND DUST
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This duplex of 39m² located on the 3rd floor with lift (one floor to be done on foot) and equipped for 6 people includes:
On the ground floor:
- A living room equipped with a sofa bed and a TV/DVD.
- A kitchen with microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hobs, refrigerator, coffee maker and fondue device
- A bathroom and toilet.
On the upper floor:
- An alcove with 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed and an attic bedroom with 2 single beds.
- A shower room with toilet.
The balcony is south-west facing and the view overlooks the forest. Ski locker in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment/ pets not allowed
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
The zig zag is connected with Les Pentes and La Traverse, is ideally located in the centre of the resort. Underground parking nearby, to be reserved with our agency.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Central area of Coches, immediate proximity to all amenities, shops, nursery and ESF. Numerous activities take place in the square of Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered car parks, to be reserved through us.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES and NOT INCLUDED (to be reserved in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
