General description of the residence
ATTENTION SUMMER 2026: WORK ON THE SQUARE - RISK OF NOISE AND DUST
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This duplex of 39m² located on the 3rd floor with lift and equipped for 6 people includes:
On the ground floor:
- A living room equipped with a sofa bed and a TV/DVD.
- A kitchen with a microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hobs, fridge, coffee maker and fondue machine.
- A bathroom and WC.
Upstairs:
- An alcove with 1 single bed and 1 drawer bed and a sloped room with 2 single beds.
- A shower room with WC.
The balcony is south-west facing and the view overlooks the forest. Ski locker in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment/ pets not allowed.
No WiFi.
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
The zig zag is interconnected with Les Pentes and La Traverse, ideally located in the resort centre. Underground parking nearby, to be reserved with our agency.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Central district of Les Coches, immediately close to all amenities, shops, the nursery and ESF. Numerous activities take place on the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered car parks, to be reserved through us.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be reserved in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
