General description of the residence
ATTENTION SUMMER 2026: WORKS ON THE SQUARE - RISK OF NOISE AND DUST
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This duplex apartment of 39 m² is located on the 3rd floor with a lift (one floor to do by foot) and is equipped for 6 people. It includes:
Upstairs
- one attic bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm)
- a mezzanine with bunk beds (80cm)
- a shower with toilet included
On the ground floor
- a divisible living area with 2 single beds (80cm), 1 TV, 1 hi-fi system
- a kitchen area consisting of 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster.
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is North-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
Large residence clad in wood and stone. It connects with the residences Les Pentes and La Traverse and is well located in the centre of the resort. Underground parking under the residence, to be reserved with our agency.
THE AREA:
In the centre of Les Coches, immediately close to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous events take place on the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered car parks, to be reserved through our intermediary.
SERVICES AT EXTRA CHARGE AND NOT INCLUDED (to be reserved in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
