General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 38 m² apartment, rated 2 stars, is located on the 1st floor (without lift) and is equipped for 6 people. It includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a mountain corner with bunk beds
- a living area with a clic clac, 1 TV
- an open-plan kitchen consisting of 1 microwave oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 induction hobs, 1 refrigerator, 1 extractor fan, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette and fondue set.
- a bathroom with shower and toilet included
It has a view of the mountains and is facing North. The ski locker is on the ground floor of the building.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed

The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
Located in immediate proximity to the Place des Commercants where many events take place.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the centre of Les Coches, very close to all amenities and shops as well as the daycare and the ESF. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in the covered car parks under the Zig Zag and Traverse residences nearby, to be reserved through us.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
