General description of the residence
Recent residence (2006), located on the snow front, in immediate proximity to the VANOISE EXPRESS and the chairlift, where the ESF and the nursery are located. Ideal for families with young children. This residence consists of 33 apartments with covered parking spaces (for most of the apartments).
Very pleasant apartment of 50 m², located in a secure residence built in 2006. Ski departure and return, ESF gathering and nursery in the residence.
This apartment rented for 6 people consists of an entrance, a warm living room with equipped kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 bunk beds and one with 1 double bed), a shower room and separate toilets. You benefit from a parking space no. 31 in the residence at no extra charge.
The little extra: Bed linens and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Excluding summer and short stays).
Located on the 6th floor, with lift, you will have a surprising view of the whole valley.
Equipment: Dishwasher, family refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hobs, Television. WIFI.
Rented with 1 parking space no. 31 level 0 in the residence.
Rented with a ski locker.
Bedding: 1 double bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 bed + trundle in the living room.
Sanitary: 1 shower room, 1 separate WC.
Practical: sports shop, ESF and nursery in the residence.
You have the possibility to book your ski lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon your arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: the furniture must in no case be moved. The fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean. The beds must be neatly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in charges deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the reinstatement of furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charging for odour of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics.
