Residence "Neves". At the top of the Val Thorens resort, in the Péclet area, lively location, 100 m from the slope, facing north. Facilities of the house: lift, ski storage, central heating. In winter, please be prepared with snow chains. Public parking 100 m at extra cost. Shops, grocery store, supermarket, shopping centre 20 m, restaurant 5 m, bar 1 m, bakery 100 m, café, pedestrian zone 100 m, bus shuttle "Cairn" 65 m, train station "Saint-Michel - Valloire" 12.3 km. Sports centre 150 m, cable car 200 m, ski lifts, ski slopes, ski rental 50 m. Ice rink 20 m. Please note: entertainment in season. Not recommended for young children. Night-club/disco nearby 5 m from the house. Other apartments are also available for rent in this holiday home. Night bars, restaurant at the foot of the building. Very lively location all night. The building is not recommended for families.

Résidence au milieu de la rue de la Soif avec tous les bars autour. Résidence pour les jeunes fêtards, musique à fond jusqu’à 4h30 du matin. Quand on leurs demande de baisser le son, s’en fiche. Aucun respect, aucune civilité. Appartement pourris à notre arrivée. Linge de lit sale. Lit qui grince. Prise dénudée. Nous avons dû acheter des boules quies pour dormir tranquillement, heureusement que nous avons pu dormir paisiblement le lundi soir. Je ne conseille pas du tout cette résidence mise appart pour les personnes qui veulent faire la fête.
