General description of the residence
WARNING SUMMER 2026: WORK ON THE SQUARE - NOISE AND DUST RISKS
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This divisible studio with a mobile partition of 27 m², is located on the 1st floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with a night area 2 single beds and a dining area 1 single sofa bed with pull-out bed, 1 TV, 1 radio
- a kitchenette comprising 1 mini oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The terrace with a view of the Carreau square is South-West facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with a supplement of €40)
No wifi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
Residence with wood cladding and light rendering located on the edge of the road and is connected to the Zig Zag residence. The daycare is located in the residence. Few parking spaces nearby but has an underground car park whose spaces can be booked through our agency.
THE AREA:
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the daycare and ESF. Numerous activities take place on the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered parking lots, to be reserved through our agent.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be reserved in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.

Departure: 10am
