General description of the residence
ATTENTION SUMMER 2026: WORK ON THE SQUARE - RISK OF NOISE AND DUST
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This divisible studio by mobile partition of 27 m², is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with 4 single beds, 1 TV
- an independent kitchenette consisting of 1 microwave/grill, 1 dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle and toaster
- a bathroom (shower)
- a separate toilet
The terrace with a view of the Carreau square is South-West facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed
No wifi
The apartment is equipped with blankets.
THE RESIDENCE:
Residence with wooden cladding and light plaster located on the edge of the road and is connected to the Zig Zag residence. The daycare is located in the residence. Limited parking space nearby but has an underground parking lot whose spaces can be reserved through our agency.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the daycare and ESF. Numerous events take place on the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered car parks, to be reserved through our intermediary.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be reserved in advance):
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.

Departure: 10am
