About Apartment Bâtiment A

Residence "Les Pistes", 6 floors, built in 2001. Located in the upper part of the Corbier resort, 300 m from the centre, 200 m from the ski area. Shared facilities: heated pool (25 x 12 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 12/14 - 04/11 and 06/28 - 08/29, pool opening hours: 10:00-19:00). Residence infrastructure: lift, ski storage room. In winter, please prepare snow chains. Parking space is 20 m away on the property. Shops, grocery store, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 50 m, pool 500 m. Drag lift, chairlift, ski slopes 200 m, ski rental 200 m. Ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 500 m, daycare (winter) 700 m, sledging slope 500 m. Please note: free ski bus. In good snow conditions, access to ski to the house is possible. The pool mentioned is 500 m from the residence: it is the outdoor municipal pool. Children aged 3 to 5 allowed based on weather conditions (in winter). The pool is included with the rental.

    Le logement et assez proche du centre mais avec une grande montée. La résidence est propre. En revanche, l'appartement n'était pas très propre, poussières dans les placards de la salle de bain et de la cuisine. Frigidaire pas totalement vidé. De plus la douche pour la 4ème personnes se passait quotidiennement à l'eau froide, la société TRAVELSKI indique en avoir déjà parlé au propriétaire sans retour ni changement du ballon d'eau chaude. Par ailleurs, il y a très peu de rangement pour mettre ses affaires, plus précisément juste un petit coté d'une armoire coulissante pour 4 personnes... nous avons laissé la moitié de nos vêtements dans les valises. En effet les propriétaires ont laissé leurs affaires personnelles dans l'autre coté du placard. C'est également le cas pour le casier de ski en bas. Les photos de ce site sont un peu trompeuses et ne situe pas vraiment le logement par rapport au centre de la station. C'est dommage pour le prix!
