Shared facilities: heated pool (25 x 12 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 12/14/2023 - 04/11/2024 and 06/28/2024 - 08/29/2024, pool opening hours: 10:00-19:00). Facilities of the residence: lift, ski storage. In winter, please be prepared with snow chains. Parking space 20 m on the grounds. Shops, grocery store, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 50 m, swimming pool 500 m. Ski lift, chairlift, slopes 200 m, ski rental 200 m. Ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 500 m, daycare (winter) 700 m, toboggan slope 500 m. Please note: free ski bus. In good snow conditions, ski access to the house is possible. The mentioned pool is located 500 m from the residence: it is the municipal outdoor swimming pool. Children aged 3 to 5, access allowed depending on weather conditions (in winter). The pool is included with the rental.
