For any stay of 5 nights or more in the winter season, this apartment benefits from the following included services:

- A personalised welcome on the day of your arrival,
- A concierge service available from 9am to 9pm to connect you with the local services: shops, medical centre, babysitters... or to reserve a table in the best restaurants in the area.

- bed linen, towels, beds made, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 maintenance kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30 ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.


We inform you that:
- a security deposit, by credit card pre-authorisation will be requested before your arrival via a link.

- keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned to the agency before 9am on your departure day.

- the apartment will be provided clean, and we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict no smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation equivalent to 50% of the deposit amount. This compensation will be used for the cleaning of the apartment.

- pets are not allowed.

- Possibility to rent a box in one of the residence's garages.
