- sheets, towels, beds made, a set of 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 maintenance kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 tablets for dishwasher, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.

We inform you that:
- a deposit, by card imprint without debit of €1600 will be requested before your arrival on the site of our partner Swikly
- the keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned to the agency before 9:00am on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is provided clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of violation of this strict non-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, hookahs...), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the deposit amount.
This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.

- pets are not accepted.

- Possibility to rent a box in one of the garages of the residence.
