For any stay of 5 nights or more in the winter season, this apartment benefits from these included services:

- A personalised welcome on the day of your arrival,
- A concierge service available from 9am to 9pm to connect you with local services: shops, medical centre, babysitters... or to reserve a table in the best restaurants in the resort.

- bedding, towels, made beds, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 toilet roll, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multipurpose product) to start your stay.

We inform you that:
- a security deposit, via credit card imprint, will be requested before your arrival via a link.

- the keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned to the agency before 9am on your departure day.

- the apartment is handed over clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict no smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the sanction will be a compensation corresponding to 50% of the security deposit amount. This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.

- pets are not allowed.
