For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment benefits from the following included services:
- A personalised welcome on your arrival day, - Concierge service available from 9am to 9pm to connect you with local services: shops, medical centre, babysitters... or book you a table at the best restaurants in the area.
- bed linen, towels, made beds, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.
Please note that: - a security deposit, via credit card pre-authorization, will be required before your arrival through a link.
- keys will be handed over at the agency on your arrival day between 5pm and 7pm and should be returned to the agency before 9am on your departure day.
- the apartment will be provided clean, and we ask you to return it in the same condition.
- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict no smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the deposit amount. This compensation will be used for the cleaning of the apartment.

Your travel documents containing all the practical information you need for your stay (time of arrival, conditions for late arrivals, key collection address, etc.) will be sent to you by e-mail before your departure. THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED ON ARRIVAL. Arrival time and key collection: - Short stay: 4pm-7pm - Weekly stay (more than 7 nights): 5pm-7pm If you arrive outside these times, please let us know.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before arrival to make arrangements. Keys will be available in the safety deposit box outside the office. The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent to you by email one month before the day of your arrival. Departure time: before 10am.
