This apartment includes provided services (except for short stays of less than 5 nights):

- A personalised welcome on your day of arrival,
- A concierge service available from 9am to 9pm to connect you with local services: shopping facilities, medical centre, babysitters... or to reserve a table in the best restaurants in the area.

- bed linen, towels, beds made, a set of 2 dish cloths, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/body wash (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dish detergent, 1 cloth, 1 garbage bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.


Please note that:
- a deposit, via credit card imprint, will be required upon your arrival.

- keys will be given to you on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned before 9am on your departure day.

- the apartment is handed over clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict non-smoking policy (cigarettes, shisha...), the penalty will be a compensation amounting to 50% of the deposit.
This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.

- pets are not allowed.
