For any stay of 5 nights or more in the winter season, this apartment benefits from these included services:

- sheets, towels, a set of 2 dishcloths, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/body wash (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 rubbish bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.

We inform you that:
-A deposit, by credit card imprint without debit of €1000 will be required before your arrival on the site of our partner Swikly

-The keys will be given to you at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned to the agency before 9am on the day of your departure.

-The apartment is handed over clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

-The apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict no smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be a compensation corresponding to 50% of the deposit amount.
This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.
