- a small bedroom equipped with bunk beds and storage,
- ski locker on the ground floor,
- WIFI in the residence's lounge ONLY.
- Each bed is equipped with a pillow and a duvet.
- Optional services to be booked at least 15 days before your arrival: bed linen, towels, baby equipment, beds made on arrival, final cleaning or cleaning during your stay, shopping delivered upon your arrival, ski equipment, ESF courses, preferential rate lift passes.

We provide a professional team responsible for the key handover process during your stay. It is imperative to contact them at the details on your voucher to arrange these details before your arrival and departure.
Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, conditions for late arrivals, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL.
Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
In case of arrival outside these times, please inform the holder of your keys.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sunday, please contact the office a few days before arrival to determine arrival procedures.
The keys will be available in the designated key box outside the key holder's office.
The code will be stated on the travel document sent a month before the day of your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10 AM.
To be settled on-site, on the day of your arrival:
Mandatory fees to be paid to the agency:
- Tourist tax.
- Security deposit.
- Pet fee per week, if pet is allowed as mentioned in the ad.
If arriving outside office hours, contact the agency in advance for the payment of the security deposit and to organise key collection:
