* Kitchen area with bar table + 4 high stools, 2 induction plates, microwave, kettle, tassimo coffee maker.
* Lounge area with convertible sofa (can be used on request only for a fifth person), television
* Balcony overlooking Nyon (South-West facing)
- a BEDROOM with double bed (storage box under the bed / 140X190 - Duvet), storage wardrobe, window overlooking the Entrance Hall.
