Three-room apartment on the ground floor of a residence close to the centre of the resort (South-East facing) with an area of approximately 34 m², it includes:
A living room with a balcony and a lovely view over the Morzine domain, a sitting area with a convertible clic-clac sofa and a television.
A fully equipped kitchenette with 2 vitroceramic hobs, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher.
Toaster, coffee maker, kettle. Raclette grill.
Dining area.
Bedroom 1: with a double bed and storage
