For any stay of 5 nights or more in the winter season, this apartment benefits from these included services:

- sheets, towels, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 maintenance kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 trash bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.


Please note that:
- a deposit, by credit card imprint without debit of €1200 will be requested before your arrival on our partner Swikly's site

- the keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned to the agency before 9am on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is provided clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict non-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shisha...), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the amount of the deposit.
This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.

- animals are not accepted.
