For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment includes the following services: - bed linen, towels, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 maintenance kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 rubbish bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay. We inform you that: - a deposit, by credit card pre-authorisation, will be required before your arrival via a link. - keys will be handed over at the agency on your arrival day between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned to the agency before 9am on your departure day. - the apartment will be provided clean, and we ask you to return it in the same condition. - the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-respect of this strict non-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shisha...), the penalty will be compensation amounting to 50% of the deposit. This compensation will be used for the rehabilitation of the apartment. - pets are not accepted.
