For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment benefits from the following included services:

- bed linen, towels, beds made up, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.

Please note that:
- a security deposit, via credit card pre-authorisation, will be requested before your arrival through a link.

- the keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and should be returned to the agency before 9am on your day of departure.

- the apartment will be handed over to you clean; we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict no-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the security deposit. This compensation will be used for the cleaning of the apartment.

- pets are not allowed.
