- one bedroom with two single beds,
- a sofa bed, a flat screen TV,
- a kitchen equipped with a cooking hob, a foldable table for extra space, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher,
- a lovely balcony to smoke or admire the view.
- a bathroom with a sink and a bath. The toilet is separate.

This apartment benefits from included amenities (Except for short stays of less than 5 nights):

- bed linen, towels, a set of 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, a cleaning kit (1 toilet roll, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing up liquid, 1 cleaning cloth, 1 bin bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.


Please note that:
- a damage deposit, by credit card imprint, will be required upon your arrival.

- keys will be handed over on your arrival day between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned before 9am on your departure day.

- the apartment is provided clean; we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict no smoking policy in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be a compensation amounting to 50% of the damage deposit. This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.

- pets are not allowed.
