Located just 350 metres from the slopes and 100 metres from the shopping facilities, this 37 m² apartment is situated in the Pollux residence, in the Forêt area. The stop for the free bus shuttle is only 50 metres away. Accessed via a walkway (level -2), it is located on the second floor without a lift. The south-facing balcony offers a pleasant view of the fir trees and the ski area.

The apartment accommodates up to six guests, arranged between a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a living room with a sofa bed for two (140 cm), and two foldable single bunk beds in the entrance (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under six years old). Duvets and pillows are stored under the double bed.

The bathroom features a bathtub, and the toilet is separate. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a microwave, two electric hobs, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. Heating and hot water are provided by individual electric installations.

A private ski locker (n°209) is located on the first floor. Parking is available in the outdoor car parks of the resort. The apartment is non-smoking.
