General description of the residence
This spacious apartment of 96 m², located within the prestigious residence Porte du Grand Massif in Flaine Hameau, offers an elegant and warm setting combining comfort, modernity, and alpine refinement. It is part of a complex of chalets overlooking the resort, benefiting from a calm and natural environment. The residence provides high-end services: heated indoor pool, wellness area with sauna, hammam, hot tub, massage cabins, fitness room, ski shop, restaurant with panoramic terrace, lifts, wifi throughout the residence, private parking, and reception.
Located on the second floor with lift access, the apartment comprises four comfortable bedrooms (two bedrooms with a double bed 160 cm, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with two bunk beds), four bathrooms or showers, three WCs, as well as a large living area with two sofas, a table for 8 to 9 people, and a fully equipped kitchen. Two south-facing terraces, accessible from the living room, offer clear views of the ski area and the surrounding mountains.
The bedrooms feature large storage wardrobes crafted by a local artisan and are equipped with wall-mounted televisions. The living room also includes a TV unit with a flat-screen. The solid wood flooring in the bedrooms and the tiling in the wet rooms testify to the care taken with the finishes.
The kitchen, in light oak, has all the necessary equipment: dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, raclette machine, pierrade, and fondue set.
A private ski locker with boot dryer is located at the entrance of the garage, and a numbered, covered, and secure parking space is reserved for the apartment. Access to the ski area is direct via a private path, with easy return facilitated by free and regular shuttles.
The residence is open during the winter and summer seasons, depending on the resort's calendar. In summer, the nearby 18-hole golf course gives way in winter to a vast area dedicated to Nordic activities: cross-country skiing, hiking, sledging, dog sledding, in a preserved natural setting.
A concierge and management service ensures the transmission of access passes to the apartment, the rental of sheets and towels, made beds on arrival, as well as final cleaning.
