About Appartment Portes Du Grand Massif PGMD05
This spacious 96 m² apartment, located in the prestigious Porte du Grand Massif residence in Flaine Hameau, offers a refined and welcoming setting combining comfort, modern design, and Alpine charm. Nestled within a chalet complex overlooking the resort, it enjoys a peaceful, natural environment and access to high-end amenities: indoor heated pool, wellness area with sauna, steam room, hot tub, massage cabins, fitness room, ski shop, restaurant with panoramic terrace, elevators, full Wi-Fi coverage, private parking, and front desk services.
Positioned on the second floor with elevator access, the apartment features four comfortable bedrooms (two rooms with 160 cm double beds, one with two single beds, one with two bunk beds), four bathrooms or shower rooms, three toilets, a spacious living area with two sofas, a dining table for eight to nine guests, and a fully equipped kitchen. Two south-facing terraces, accessible from the living room, offer breathtaking views of the ski area and surrounding mountains.
The bedrooms include large custom-made wardrobes crafted by a local artisan and wall-mounted TVs. The living room also features a flat-screen TV unit. Solid wood floors in the bedrooms and tiled bathrooms highlight the quality finishes throughout the space.
The light oak kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances: dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and raclette, stone grill, and fondue sets.
A private ski locker with boot dryer is located at the garage entrance, and the apartment includes a secure, numbered covered parking space. Ski access is direct via a private path, with return to the residence via frequent and free shuttle service.
The residence is open during both the winter and summer seasons, depending on the station's schedule. In summer, the nearby 18-hole golf course transforms into a vast winter area for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, and dog sled rides in a preserved natural setting.
A concierge and housekeeping service ensures the delivery of access passes to the apartment, linen and towel rental, beds made on arrival, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
