Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address ...) will be sent to you by email before your departure. THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PROVIDED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON-SITE. Arrival time: between 16:00 - 19:00. If you are to arrive outside these hours, please inform the keyholder.
