- bed linen, towels, made beds, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 maintenance kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.

- 1 parking space in the residence, only if it meets the imposed length and height criteria: maximum length of 5 metres and maximum height of 2.20 metres.

We inform you that:
- a deposit, by credit card imprint without debit of €1500 will be required before your arrival on the site of our partner Swikly
- the keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and to be returned to the agency before 9am on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is handed over clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: in case of non-compliance with this strict no smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation equivalent to 50% of the deposit amount.
This compensation will be used for the cleaning of the apartment.

- pets are not allowed.
