- bed linen, towels, made beds, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.

- 1 parking space in the residence, only if it meets the imposed length and height criteria: maximum length of 5 metres and maximum height of 2.20 metres.

We inform you that:
- a deposit, by credit card imprint without debit of an amount of €1800 will be requested before your arrival on the site of our partner Swikly
- the keys will be handed to you at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and to be returned to the agency before 9am on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is handed to you clean, we ask you to return it in the same state.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict non-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be a compensation corresponding to 50% of the amount of the deposit. This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.

- pets are not accepted.
