- bed linen, towels, made beds, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.

- 1 parking space in the residence, only if it meets the imposed length and height criteria: 5 metres maximum length and 2.20 metres maximum height.

We inform you that:
- a deposit, by credit card pre-authorisation without debit of €1800 will be required before your arrival on our partner Swikly's site
- the keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and should be returned to the agency before 9:00am on your departure day.

- the apartment will be handed over clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-respect of this strict non-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the deposit amount. This compensation will be used for the cleaning of the apartment.

- pets are not accepted.
