- bed linen, towels, beds made, a set of 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.

- 1 parking space in the residence, only if it meets the required length and height criteria: 5 metres maximum length and 2.20 metres maximum height.


We inform you that:
- a deposit, by credit card imprint without debit of an amount of €2000 will be requested before your arrival on the site of our partner Swikly.

- the keys will be handed to you at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and to be returned to the agency before 9am on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is handed over clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict non-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the sanction will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the amount of the deposit. This compensation will be used for the cleaning of the apartment.

- pets are not accepted.
