We would like to inform you that:
- A deposit by credit card imprint will be required before your arrival via a link.

- The keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm, and must be returned to the agency before 9am on the day of your departure.

- The apartment will be provided to you clean, and we ask that you return it in the same condition.

- The apartment is strictly non-smoking: If this strict no-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas, etc.) is not respected, the penalty will be a compensation equivalent to 50% of the deposit amount. This compensation will be used for the cleaning of the apartment.

- Pets are not accepted.
