- In the living room: a pull-out sofa bed, a flat-screen television,
- a dining area equipped with a cooking hob, extractor fan, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, a table, two stools and a bench
- a bathroom with sink on furniture and bath,
- a separate toilet,
- a closed veranda of 7m² with table and chairs for breakfasts with the mountains as a panorama!


For every stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment benefits from the following included services:

- bed linen, towels, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multipurpose cleaner) to start your stay.

We inform you that:
- a deposit, via credit card imprint, will be requested before your arrival through a link.

- the keys will be given to you at the agency on the day of your arrival between 17:00 and 19:00 and must be returned to the agency before 09:00 on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is provided clean, and we ask that you return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In the event of non-compliance with this strict no smoking clause within the apartment (cigarettes, shishas, etc.), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the deposit amount. This compensation will be used for the cleaning of the apartment.

- pets are not allowed.
