Situated on the 4th floor without a lift (equivalent to 3rd from the entrance), it has a south-facing balcony offering a view of the ski area. The capacity is five beds, ideal for four people, distributed between the living room, the cabin, and the closed entrance.

The living room includes a double sofa bed of 130 cm. The closed entrance is equipped with two single bunk beds, with the upper bunk not suitable for children under six years. The cabin has a double bed of 140 cm. The kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, two electric hot plates, a fridge, and a filter coffee maker. The bathroom is completed with a separate toilet. The accommodation offers a flat-screen television and benefits from a ski locker, individual heating and electric hot water, as well as outdoor parking within the resort. The property is non-smoking.
