Ideally located at the foot of the slopes and shopping facilities, this comfortable apartment is just 20 metres from the heated pool and spa of the residence. It is also in immediate proximity to the lift leading to the ski lockers and lifts. Situated on the second floor facing the front, at the reception level, it offers a generous area of 52 m² and benefits from a south-facing orientation with panoramic views of the valley and the village.

The sleeping area comprises a master bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and an ensuite shower room with WC, a bedroom with two single beds that can be combined into a large double bed (180 cm), as well as a living room equipped with a sofa bed for two people. An additional bathroom with WC completes the layout.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, four induction hobs, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a coffee filter machine. Two flat-screen televisions (in the living room and master bedroom) as well as wifi are available.

Two south-facing terraces provide unobstructed views of the ski area. A covered parking space is allocated on level -2, 25 metres from the entrance of the accommodation. A self-service laundry is accessible in the residence (€6 for washing, €3 for drying).

The residence offers a relaxation area with an outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a fitness room and self-service laundry. The communal facilities are only open during the winter and summer seasons, according to the opening dates of the resort.

The secure ski locker (n°022) is located on level 3. The accommodation is non-smoking. The end-of-stay cleaning, towels and made-up beds upon arrival are included.

In addition, numerous services are available for booking: baby equipment, and discounts of up to 35% on ski passes and equipment rental. Bed linen is included for all bookings between December and April (excluding short stays). Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
