General description of the residence
The residence le Vallonpierre is in the heart of the village of Villeneuve which is located about 100m from the shops and 700m from the departure of the slopes at the place de l'Aravet. You have a private garage or communal parking nearby the residence.
This 3-room duplex apartment for 6 people is organised around two bedrooms: the first downstairs has a double bed measuring 140, the second upstairs includes a BZ sofa bed for two people. On the mezzanine under the sloping roof, you have a clic-clac just like in the living room which is also equipped with a television and a DVD player. The kitchenette is fully equipped (4 electric hobs, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher). The shower room and the WC are separate, and the washing machine is located in the hallway cupboard.
