- 1 shower room with shower, sink, and storage unit,
- 1 separate WC.

This apartment includes the following amenities (except for short stays of less than 5 nights):

- bed linens, made beds, towels, a set of 2 dishcloths, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to get your stay off to a good start.

We inform you that:
- a security deposit, by credit card hold, will be required upon your arrival.

- keys will be handed over on your arrival day between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned before 9am on your departure day.

- the apartment is provided clean, and we ask that you return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In the event of a violation of this strict no smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be a compensation corresponding to 50% of the security deposit. This compensation will be used for the cleaning of the apartment.

- pets are not accepted.
