This apartment includes certain amenities (Except for short stays of less than 5 nights):

- Bed linen, towels, a set of 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, a cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.

We inform you that:
- A security deposit through credit card pre-authorisation will be requested upon your arrival.

- Keys will be handed over on the day of your arrival between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM and must be returned before 9:00 AM on your departure day.

- The apartment is handed over clean, and we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- The apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict no-smoking rule in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be a compensation amounting to 50% of the security deposit. This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.

- Pets are not allowed.
