The Aiguille du Fruit C04 apartment, covering an area of 28m², faces South.
The living area is divisible and includes a single bed, a pull-out bed (80x190), and a convertible sofa (160x190). A television is provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, dishwasher, combination oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker.
The bathroom features a bathtub, with separate WC.
There is a lift and ski locker in the residence. This is a non-smoking apartment.

The residence:
The Aiguille du Fruit residence is located at the base of Laitelet, just 5 minutes from the Furet slope, which returns to the centre of Mottaret. Easy access via the "Les Chalets" gondola or free bus shuttles. The resort centre is a 15-minute walk away.

Lower Laitelet district - Aiguille du Fruit residence
