Appartement ariondaz bruyant route très passagère. Manque volets ds les chambres pour être ds le noir.

C'est une expérience très, très décevante et peu respectueuse des personnes qui paient une prestation pour un appartement et des équipements vétustes ! C'est un appartement qui n'est pas entretenu. le linge de lit est très usagé voire les conditions d'hygiène ne sont pas respectées. Nous sommes très mécontents .Nous envisageons de nous plaindre à l'association des consommateurs et de rapporter cette situation à votre direction. Quelle solution client proposez-vous dans un cas comme celui-ci?
