Cleaning of apartments:

Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.

A more thorough disinfection will be performed on contact areas, doorknobs, light switches, taps, remote controls, and any accessory that may have been touched by hand. We remind everyone that it is essential to leave the apartment as clean as possible after your stay. Cleaning/disinfection guidelines for the apartments will be available for consultation.

Bed linen and towels:

Upon departure, please place the bed linen and towels in the designated bags and leave the bags in the entrance of the apartment.
