Cleaning of apartments:

Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.

An in-depth disinfection will be performed on contact areas, door handles, switches, taps, remote controls, and any accessories that may have come into contact with hands. We remind everyone that it is essential to take responsibility by leaving the accommodation as clean as possible after your stay. Cleaning/disinfection guidelines for the apartments will be available.

Bed linens and towels:

Upon your departure, please place the bed linens and towels in the designated bags and leave the bags in the apartment entrance.
