Studio vétuste , sale ( vaisselle non faite et grasse, poil dans le bac à glaçon , toiles d’araignée, poussière dans la baignoire). Il faut choisir entre le chauffage et la cuisson ( four et plaque de cuisson). Pour finir le volet roulant donnant sur la terrasse est tombé en panne, ne fermant plus. La résidence est agréable et la literie bien, dommage qu’elle soit trop prêt de la route principale très fréquentée. Donc ayant payé à la semaine, le prix d’un loyer mensuel pour un T2 dans une métropole, le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas.
