37m² apartment for 5 people located on level -2, equivalent to the 3rd floor of the residence without a lift.

- The living area is equipped with a sofa bed, a BZ sofa and a television
- The bedroom includes 2 single beds (2 persons - 80*190)
- The kitchen, open to the living area, is equipped with all necessary comforts (electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine...)
- The bathroom has a bath
- The WC is separate
