24m² cabin studio for 4 guests located on the 5th floor of the residence without a lift.

- Kitchen: fully equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine
- Cabin area: separated from the living area, sleeping space with 2 bunk beds (80*190)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

The rental rate includes: 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, rubbish bags, cloth), charges (water, electricity, heating).

Please note, bed linen and towels are not included.
