Useful information

Upon your arrival, we will welcome you at our MOUNTAIN COLLECTION SERRE CHEVALIER offices in LA SALLE LES ALPES.
You will be able to take possession of your apartment on Saturday from 5 PM to 7 PM; in case of arrival on Sunday from 3 PM to 6 PM.
If you arrive outside of these times, please contact us to arrange your arrival.
On the day of your departure, you must leave the premises by 10 AM at the latest.

The agency's telephone reception is open every day from 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 6 PM.

To be paid on site, on the day of your arrival:
Security deposit.
Tourist tax.
Additional paid services, subject to availability.
