Appartement avec une vue superbe sur les pistes, environnement très calme, terrasse au soleil. Mais demandant une rénovation tant au niveau de la salle de bain (douche dans le bain et difficulté donc pour en sortir) que de la cuisine (très petite, pas de lave-vaisselle, impossible de faire marcher la cafetière électrique en même temps que le four (1 seule prise) et manque de place pour tout). Bel espace nuit dans la mezzanine mais escalier dangereux pour en descendre. Manque de lumière dans le bas de l'appartement.
