Appartement très très petit avec quelques nuisances. La salle de bain n'ayant pas de système de ventilation, reste très humide et sent très mauvais en permanence ce qui est extrêmement désagréable. Le frigo vibre beaucoup et représente une véritable nuisance sonore. Le matelas du canapé lit est à changer. (mal au dos)
