General description of the residence

Situated at 1800 metres altitude, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wooden and stone residence offering a magnificent panorama of the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding massifs.
In the very geographical centre of the resort of Orres 1800, it is ideally located facing the tourist office, and the offices of ESF and ESI and just a few steps from the ski slopes and hiking trails. The nursery will also be just a few hundred metres away for dropping off your little ones.
You will find modern and pleasant accommodations ranging from 4 to 10 beds, all with a balcony overlooking the valley or the slopes and peaks.
Le Balcon des Airelles features a beautiful heated indoor pool that will welcome both young and old non-skiers. It is open summer and winter from 2pm to 7pm, during the season only, and closed on Saturdays. Opening is scheduled from 28 June to 28 August for summer 2026 and from 20 December 2026 (subject to the resort opening) to 9 April 2027 (provisional dates, except for exceptional closures).
The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rent if needed.
