Appartement bien situé, mais pb. isolement de la porte-fenêtre (qui ne ferme pas à clef et qui dispose d'une poignée extérieure donnant sur balcon privatif) et isolation phonique (appartement sur rue avec passage dés le matin tôt des véhicules de déneigement + passage des gens sortant des restaurants de la rue.
