The residence is located in immediate proximity to the swimming pool and Spa of the resort, open in SUMMER and WINTER, children's games, tennis courts (5 min walk), and 50 m from the free bus shuttle stop in winter. The town centre and shopping facilities are accessible within a 10-minute walk.

Champagny – a resort at 1250 m. It is the starting point of the cable car which allows skiers to reach the southern side of the La Plagne/Paradiski area in 8 minutes, offering skiers staying in Champagny a variety of slopes and landscapes as well as exceptional snow conditions until late April.
Five kilometres higher, at an altitude of 1450 m, lies a hidden treasure: the Vallon de Champagny le Haut. This classified natural site houses a Nordic area that offers a range of activities (cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoe and pedestrian paths, ice climbing, dog sledding...) to be enjoyed in an exceptional setting.
