The residence is located very near the swimming pool and Spa of the resort, open in SUMMER and WINTER, children's play areas, tennis courts (5 minutes on foot), and 50 m from the free bus shuttle stop in winter. The resort centre and shopping facilities are accessible in 10 minutes on foot.

In winter, two sites, two altitudes, two different atmospheres for your holiday:
Champagny – a resort at 1250 m. This is the starting point of the gondola that takes skiers in 8 minutes to the south face of the La Plagne/Paradiski area, offering skiers staying in Champagny a variety of slopes and landscapes as well as exceptional snow cover until the end of April.
Five kilometres higher, at 1450 m altitude, lies a hidden treasure: the Vallon de Champagny le Haut. This classified natural site hosts a Nordic area, which offers a range of activities (cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoe and pedestrian trails, ice climbing, dog sledding…) to be enjoyed in an exceptional setting.
