The residence is located close to the pool and Spa of the resort, open in SUMMER and WINTER, children's games, tennis courts (5 min on foot), just 50 m from the free bus shuttle stop in winter. The resort centre and shopping facilities are accessible within 10 minutes on foot.

The rental price includes: made beds and towels provided in the apartment (2 towels per person), 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes) and 1 garage space (max height 2 m). Satellite TV. WIFI. Luggage storage available for guests.

Ski schools, slopes, and ski lifts are 2 min away by free bus shuttle (stop 50 m from the residence). Pool and Spa close to the residence. Tennis courts 200 m away.

Champagny – a resort at 1250 m. It is the departure point for the cable car that takes skiers in just 8 minutes to the south slope of the La Plagne/Paradiski area, offering skiers staying in Champagny a variety of slopes and landscapes as well as exceptional snow cover until the end of April.
Five kilometers higher, at an altitude of 1450 m, lies a hidden treasure: the Vallon de Champagny le Haut. This classified natural site features a Nordic area, which offers a range of activities (cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing and walking trails, ice climbing, dog sled activities…) to enjoy in an exceptional setting.
