The residence is immediately adjacent to the resort's swimming pool and Spa, open SUMMER and WINTER, children's play areas, tennis courts (5 min walk), and just 50 m from the free bus shuttle stop in winter. The resort centre and shopping facilities are accessible within a 10-minute walk.

In winter, two sites, two altitude levels, two different atmospheres for your holidays:
Champagny - resort at 1250 m. It is the departure point for the cable car that allows skiers to reach the southern slope of the La Plagne/Paradiski area in just 8 minutes, offering skiers staying in Champagny a variety of slopes and landscapes along with exceptional snow conditions until the end of April.
Five kilometers higher, at an altitude of 1450 m, lies a hidden treasure: the Vallon de Champagny le Haut. This classified natural site is home to a nordic area, which offers a range of activities (cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing and walking trails, ice climbing, dog sledding...) to take place in an exceptional setting.
