The residence is located very close to the swimming pool and Spa of the resort, open SUMMER and WINTER, children's games, 50 m from the free bus shuttle stop in winter. The resort centre and shopping facilities are accessible within 10 minutes on foot.

- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2 people, 160 x 200 cm), 2 large storage cupboards
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm), convertible into a double bed (2 people, 160 x 200 cm) + 1 folding bed (1 person, 80 x 190 cm) + 1 armchair + 1 shower room and storage
- 1 mountain corner located in the entrance (separated by a curtain) and without window, with a set of bunk beds (2 people, 90 x 200 cm) and storage and a curtain to close this space
- 1 bathroom with bathtub, towel dryer and washer-dryer

The rental rate includes: made beds and towels placed in the apartment (2 towels per person), 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes) and 1 garage space (max height 2 m). In winter, two sites, two altitude levels, two different atmospheres for your holidays:
Champagny – a resort at 1250 m. It's the departure point for the gondola which, in 8 minutes, transports skiers to the southern slope of the La Plagne/Paradiski area offering skiers staying in Champagny a variety of slopes and landscapes as well as exceptional snowfall until the end of April.
Five kilometres higher, at 1450 m elevation, lies a hidden treasure: the Vallon de Champagny le Haut. This classified natural site houses a Nordic area, which offers a range of activities (cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoe and pedestrian trails, ice climbing, dog sledding...) to be enjoyed in an exceptional setting.
