After a day of skiing or an exhilarating hike, join the events organised by the resort and take the time to enjoy joyful moments in the mountains with ease.

The residence is located very close to the swimming pool and the Spa of the resort, open in SUMMER and WINTER, children's play areas, tennis courts (5 minutes on foot), and 50 m from the stop of the free bus shuttle in winter. The resort centre and shopping facilities are accessible within a 10-minute walk.

The rental price includes: made beds and towels placed in the apartment (2 towels per person), 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), final cleaning (except kitchen and dishes) and 2 GARAGE SPACES (max height 2 m). Satellite TV. WIFI. Luggage storage available for guests.

Ski schools, slopes, and lifts are 2 minutes away by free bus shuttle (stop 50 m from the residence). Pool and Spa close to the residence. Tennis courts 200 m away.

In winter, two sites, two levels of altitude, two different atmospheres for your holidays:
Champagny – resort at 1250 m. This is the starting point for the cable car which takes skiers up to the south face of the La Plagne/Paradiski area in 8 minutes, offering skiers staying in Champagny a variety of slopes and landscapes as well as exceptional snow cover until the end of April.
Five kilometres higher, at 1450 m altitude, lies a hidden treasure: the Vallon de Champagny le Haut. This classified natural site houses a Nordic area, which offers a range of activities (cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, pedestrian paths, ice climbing, dog sledding activities…) to be enjoyed in an exceptional setting.
